I was born in Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada and moved to Livonia, Michigan as a teenager, a tough time to make a move in my opinion. But I made it through school and mastered lessons that I had to learn in life, which cost me plenty in terms of assurance and self-confidence. Still, because of my tenacity I held on longer to beliefs and dreams than most around me.

I went to Madonna University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with minors in French, Computers and Sign Language. To show you where my mind wandered in those days, I also studied handwriting analysis, bible studies, listening skills, reactive attachment disorder in adopted children, love and logic parenting as well as seminars in leadership, self-improvement and psychology. I was interested in everything back then; actually, I guess I still am.

I always had a love of writing, especially during my school years; I think it was because I buried myself inside my characters and didn’t have to face the endless homework and book reports and speeches which I dreaded with as much passion as I loved to write. I did have many articles published over time always dealing with the positive side of human nature and emphasizing what could be accomplished when one stayed on the positive side of the universe.

Sammi Evans was created out of a need to have someone out there who could accomplish amazing feats with the power of the mind. None of us know how far reaching the mind and the power of thoughts are. We all speculate and we all experiment, each in our own way. Our successes and failures are individual and meaningless to anyone but ourselves. But there’s a little bit of Sammi Evans in all of us. She keeps plodding on from adventure to adventure learning and growing along the way, and we walk the same path she does. We could all benefit from her attitude and belief in the universal mind, even if we can’t explain it away.

Sammi will keep growing. She will keep teaching us lessons and surprising her husband Dave with new feats of accomplishment. Keep tuned in; we’re not finished yet. Sammi has many more adventures to go.
